Fun Stories About Loveable Characters Teaching Memorable Life Lessons
These funny, sing-songy stories written in rhyme will become a new favorite for toddlers and children alike. The vibrant illustrations pair well with the easy-to-read stories. Whether you’re a teacher reading out loud to your class, a parent or guardian choosing a bedtime story, or someone looking for an early reader that will engage and delight children, Canines with Character books are a great choice. Each book in this series features a different dog breed and the primary character trait of that breed.

About the Author

Ashley Mangrum currently lives in NE Georgia. She taught Kindergarten for 7 years and wanted to write a book she would enjoy reading to her class. Ashley has been obsessed with dogs since she was a little girl. She left teaching to work at a vet’s office, which continued her love and interest in man’s best friend. Ashley owns two French Bulldogs, Freckles and Booger, which gave her the inspiration for this book series. Not only is she blessed to have wonderful fur children, the support of her husband and stepchildren has been a tremendous encouragement to her on this adventure!
